Who on here has indoor only cats ?
I've never had any pet(s), but a neighbour has an outdoors only dog if that counts?

Yup, our two are indoor cats.Who on here has indoor only cats ?
Our little girl was a rescue and is a carrier of cat flu and only has one eye and no teeth. If we let her outside she would get hit by a car or attacked by dogs or foxes as she's vulnerable on her blind side. We live in a high rise block of flats, so letting her outside wouldn't be possible anyway.Who on here has indoor only cats ?
I absolutely love cats, I have two British Shorthair which my ex has sadly. I live in a ground floor flat and my L/l really doesn't want me to have pets, the main reservation I have is that's it is virtually impossible to stop them clawing at carpets, and after being flooded out last year all my carpets are new, does anyone have any proven way of stopping them ? Over the years I've tried all the usual methods, water spray, clapping loudly, shouting at them, and all they do is give that Oh yeah what! look![]()
Google "booties for cats" - well, you did ask.. Be interesting to see a video of what the cat does after you fitted them.

Those are cracking pictures. My daughter managed to snap a pic of her pork-chop-stealing cat staring down a juvenile fox this week. The fox absolutely refused to look at the cat until the cat got bored and turned away
