Sorry @500e just read this and guessed aimed at me? I did an update on https://www.mig-welding.co.uk/forum/threads/moaning-rannsachair.104535/page-7Cats feeling fine how about you
And where did he get the taste for ham?
It can taste a bit like human flesh, so I have been told.
Has he been missing recently, any of your neighbours not been seen for a few days?
Now I think of it, I haven’t seen some if my neighbour’s grandchildren of late.
Yup, our little black fruitbat loves ham, mainly the cheaper ham. She'll quite happily jump up into the fridge when you open it to get ham.I have created a monster!
Because Toby is old, decrepit, and obviously demented, I tempt him to eat with freshly cooked chicken, and titbits of sliced ham.
Fortunately, the ‘lodger’ has never bothered about the ham, until last night. He did his usual sitting in the living-room watching what was placed in Toby’s bowl ‘just in case he missed something’, when he saw the ham. He nearly killed himself getting to the kitchen, and to the bowl.
He is now head bumping my foot (his way of saying ‘feed me’), and walking over to the fridge. My spider sense tells me it’s the ham he want.
What have I done.
And where did he get the taste for ham?
Is that necessarily a bad thing?
