Not really acquired today but, I have finally unseized my ancient leg vice!!!
I've been feeding it Plusgas for 4 years and today while tidying up the workshop I hit it with the blowtorch.
It's still a bit tight on the lower pivot but its moving!


I'm happy now

I'm told it isn't the season for kittens yet, however, a tabby has appeared in our garden. Very hungry, very friendly and very fat around the belly. It is either pregnant or badly affected with worms. It will come into our porch, but if you shut the door, it goes ballistic.
Worming tablets tomorrow from Amazon, OK for pregnant cats. It will either return skinny as a rake or it is pregnant.
It also squeaks instead of a meow

I wormed the cat (Tubby McPhee) on Monday, when it came for breakfast this morning Tubby was much, much slimmer and her stomach wasn't hard and she didn't mid having it touched.
Until this morning she could eat three sachets in one go, today ate one and left a bit.
We will be keeping an eye on her and trying to gain her confidence.

Our youngest cat harris from when he was a kitten to now the age of two. He is very placid like to play and makes no complaints if you stick him in a cage or his travel box. He seems to quite like it actually, his attitude is more oh right and just drifts off to sleep. Has decided that mousing is too stressful in the cold and he's taking up welding as a hobby instead.

Oh the dog cage is back from when he was run over and broke his back hip/leg. He was certainly in that for over a month to let it heal as he wasn't allowed out or to jump around. At that point I think we had go it out as our other older cat was unwell and we thought she might have to go in it and he just voluntarily wandered in and sat down.
