In my wood shed a stray cat has set up home.
Not an issue to me, I make sure she is warm and dry, has food and fresh water. Ever since I found her lodging in there.
She has the remains of a collar on her, not visible tag or any way I could identify her.
I can get to about 4 feet of her and she bolts.
She has no visible wounds and looks well.
I am not sure what else I can do for her.

My one has had "the ar$e" all day and has only just come indoors, all because I had a very rare lay in and didn't get up until 8am so he didn't get his bikkies first thing this morning! I got worried so went looking for him and found him under the garden seats plastic cover.

We are currently 'staff' to two little characters. The tabby turned up in at our last house and basically decided she was moving in. Made significant attempts to trace her owners to no avail so she has been my constant companion for 6 or so years now. She just loves to cuddle up on your knee and would stay there all day if you didn't move. Not too find of exercise she's a little overweight. The tuxedo is mad, got him as a kitten, he's nearly 4 and hasn't really calmed down much. He eats like a horse but is never off the prowl and is a very efficient hunter of all small feathered and furry things, including squirrels to which he seems very partial. My wife bought this seat recently and stipulated that it was not to be used as a cat bed. Yeah right. Try explaining that to a cat!

3 + one on the floor they took over the utility only the Ginger one at present my long haired black one had cancer, one decided a life the other end of the village suited him better there he is the only one and doted on comes back occasionally for a meal

The ancient crone next door had a right bloody whine at me ., ranting that our cat has been crapping on her lawn , "All last week " . Her face was a picture when I told her he'd been dead for seven weeks .

We used to have a big 12 pound fit & healthy moggy " DAPP " , one of his many party tricks was to look exactly like that as he flipped any drinks coaster off the coffee/ sofa side tables on to the floor . Then as soon as you picked it up & putit back he'd do it again for at least a dozen time before he got bored & stretched out to go to sleep across the back of the sofa .
One of his other party tricks we caught him doing was to spray any fresh flowers ( especially chrysanthemums ) I'd given to Alison within minutes of them being put in a vase of water .... no mean feat when they were two feet away . Cured him of that by getting her a big bunch of silk flowers instead .
