Thats why I bought it via ebay and not Ali Express, as I know ebay will help if I have any issues

That’s a common response and obviously completely worthless, along with an offer to send out a replacement but it won’t be here for xx days - if you accept the replacement offer you’ll end up just outside the time limit for lodging a complaint by the time the non-delivery of the replacement becomes apparent. There are plenty of these scammers on eBay and they know how to get round the eBay rules.Contacted Vendor on Ebay offered me a 30% reduction as it doesn't work! Looks like it will be a Ebay claim.
Now I am suggesting we get eBay & PP involved, I am still valued customer.
Well if nothing else you guys have persuaded me that I need the genuine Bosch version!
I think I'll give that one a miss, then. Not only does mine sound like a bag of bolts it vibrates, the only reason they call it brushless is because they don't supply a brush ready for when bits start falling off it. Smooth running it is not!

Beats me why they think an M5 spindle bolt will be man enough for the job.

Here's a summary of your refund. You should receive it in 3-5 working days. |

Doesn't make M5 a less than silly choice, no matter who makes it.The bosch is m5. No issues with it.
I have the Bosch one, it's excellent.
The only issue is that the generic discs do not fit.... Of course n!the centre's slightly larger on the Bosch by a fraction of a nats. The generic discs can be made to work but don't expect them to just drop on.
That might well be the generic discs. Apart from the bosch ones, I've used various branded discs that have all dropped on with no problems.
They're good units, the Bosch. I have a couple. So damn handy on occasion.
