Cheap 3" mini grinders

I'll try to remember to video mine tomorrow. I've used it again a bit this afternoon, the biggest issue with it now is the dodgy on-off switch. For grinding down welds (which is the main thing I use the air one for) it's been OK, cutting is OK if I don't put much pressure on it, because when it stops the dodgy switch makes it difficult to start again.

SW appears to be standard microswitch the trigger is poor design
If you look at third photo you can see through casing where armature should be

Mine arrived earlier, it is pretty smooth and quiet.

Works well.

Had a good look it is brushless also you can feel the magnets + SW mechanism
Cut 31mm X 3.5mm
@droopsnoot reckon SW ok problem in battery, the cut I did was at least 8/10 on /off
Runs ok off load battery just clips together And there is no connection on the T lead out of battery reckon it it is in the batt control circuit

Yours is louder than mine. Have you tried it with a disc on it?

Well, I can't video mine as it now won't start at all. Before, I'd sometimes have to switch it on four or five times, but now I try a dozen times on a newly-charged battery and it still won't start. The disc moves a little as if it's trying, but no more.

Tried mine today, vibration didn't seem so bad, then put it back in it's box, maybe i should give my mate this one or make sure the other one is ok
