No,no, no. If you cannot determine the thread size and pitch. Keep buying more expensive and elaborate tools until you do.Just try it side by side with an m10x1.5 bolt, standard thread.
Ignore the diameter, ignore the vernier, don't worry about screwing anything together. Just hold them side by side. That with conform if it's 1.5mm pitch.
If not, try it with an M8 or M12.

screw that I cant be bothered to take the head off, Ill get a price on the correct filtersTake the head off and drill and tap it to a suitable know thread.
