Is that Myson type skirting board radiator stuff ?
Put this into eBay , " finned convector skirting board radiator ".
For a finned heat dissipation device , you can chop them down and make a more compact cooling circuit block or you could make your own finned copper tube once you get the couple of hundred thin zinc/ tinplate cut to size and set up a hole punch if you make a simple dished hole you can snip an inside the hole edge and slide then fins over the pipe really easy or if your making your own punch you can add a tang to do it at the same time as punching the hole . The slot /slit allows enough movement for the fin to slide and then grips the copper tube in a designed place where you can leave it alone or solder on them as you put them in place.
