Which are built where ?
The most recent generation of Ford Rangers are manufactured at Ford’s Wayne factory in Michigan, USA. However, Ford produced previous generations of the Ranger at entirely different factories. The first generation of the Ranger was built at the Ford plant in Louisville, USA and Ford’s factory in St. Paul, Minnesota, USA.

I had 21 inch rims on a brand new insignia once. Never had so many new tyres in a year.You'll notice the ultra low profile when you hit a 3" deep pothole.

I think (but I'm not 100% sure) those boxes are just for the connections, and the charging electronics etc. are off in another box
saw a video of one of the bigger boxes being stripped down once
actually.... I think that's a photoshop anyway?

Could be, but there's plenty of other pics on the web, it apparently happened a good few years ago.
Tesla don't have the mass production expertise of the bigger car makers.
I thought rangers were built in Australia or South Africa. Or some of them used to be.

Plus the compound is such that once warmed up they are like glue. The track is treated with a type of glue as well. Any comparison to road tyres is meaningless.

You didn’t answer their question then, they asked you what size your wheels were, not what width your tyres were.Exactly that's why I had to be recovered 5 times. No spare wheel. 19" wheels were fine. 20s were a menace.
Boy racers would always say nice wheels mate. What size are they. I would reply 245s. They would look baffled - they only judge cars by the diameter of the wheel not the width

Honestly Tesla's quality control and especially testing regime is so far behind the big EU manufacturers it's not even close. They have the factories and capacity, they don't have the feedback mechanisms and experience in severe testing regimes. It's their biggest issue.

It is becoming more probable that the taxation people will start to tax private alternate energy, as a type of profit or income.I suspect the steady reduction of speed limits (even on roads where there's no extra houses, junctions etc for 30-years), while cars brakes, suspension, handling & safety have improved massively - is because the unspoken purpose (Pauses to don Tinfoil Hat
...is to erode the journey time advantage and convenience of personal motorised transport v buses, trains etc.
People won't voluntarily "give up" the car (in whatever form) - so I expect we'll see the steady, relentless, inexorable squeeze applied to take away their attraction and advantages - through increasing costs and restricting speeds and limiting where the car can go, park, be used at all (all in the name of public safety, health & savings the planet, natch) - until the car falls out-of-favour.
To that end (& to replace revenues lost from the ICE) I would bet a tidy sum that the EV (and more besides) that uses the highway - will be focussed on and increasingly charged in turn.
Logic says that the EV is "Stage 1" to get us out of the ICE. Achieve that - and the next stages logically are to drastically cull all personal motorised transport (my guess the "reason" will be the damage to the planet of all the resources, so the Govt are "forced" to draconially tax "for our own good").
Then, the fossil fuel & the minerals will last maybe hundreds of years longer, to be enjoyed by the very wealthy - to whom the expense is irrelevant.
It's not "Tinfoil Hat" lunacy when you take an overview of the direction the world is taking.
They want to squeeze everyone into poverty.
