I have got his number but I think he is pretty capable so should be able to make the gear.
I hunted Rick down form the model engineer forum to get a manual for my TV2 mill - he is probably more active there.

Today I finally addressed the slowly collapsing pallet situation which my mill sat on.
@6ply showed me some photos of his machines sitting on angle iron so that they can be easily moved with pallet truck if needed. I looked at what I had available in my garage and settled on a piece of rectangular hollow section which I decided to use.
Last night I quickly sprayed the metal with primer and this morning I got some red paint onto the new 'bearers'.
The plan was to get the mill outside and then try to lift it with my pallet stacker to get the pallet out from underneath.
I had to remove the slotter's motor and also tilt the mill's head 90 degrees to get the mill through the garage door.
The next thing was to remove the bottom planks from underneath the pallet so that I could pull the pullet out from underneath the mill once it was lifted.
The ones at the side were easy because I could use a recip saw.
The ones in the middle, were not so easy.
I had to lift the pallet with the pump truck, lie on my side and then with very limited access saw through them with a hand saw. It was not much fun at all.
Once the bottom planks were removed, I could try to lift the mill with the pallet stacker. Unfortunately, the pallet stacker's forks are not wide enough to lift the mill directly so I had to use straps.
Once it was up in the air, I could withdraw the pallet.
I then bolted the new beares into place while the mill was hanging from the straps

I carefully manoeuvred the mill back into the garage and set it down on wooden blocks.

I had some rubber feet I got given once with an M12 thread.
I felt M12 threaded bar will be a little small to support the mill so I got some M16 threaded rod, turned the end down a little and then recut it as M12 thread so they can screw into the feet.
If I am not too hungover tomorrow, I will drill some holes and install the feet.

Depends on how much thread is projecting. If the foot is on the floor and the nut is at the level of the red steel (as the picture suggests), I would agree with you. If it were possible for the nut to project well below the red steel, so that they are only levelling feet and only 25mm max of thread is exposed, it would be OK.
A piece of thick wall pipe with an M16 coupling nut welded into the bottom could put the nut closer to the ground.

My Omnispeed lathe is on M16 feet and that is ok. Granted, it is not as top heavy as a mill.
I will probably keep the mill as low as possible with the feet and just wind the feet up if I need to get underneath the mill with a pallet truck.
If it is too flimsy, I will have to think of another plan.
I know the feet can take the weight. I googled the part number in the feet and this came up:

Do you need all 4 to be adjustable? I wouldn't bother. But then again, I like solid blocks and cardboard/ply packing.
The feet may be rated to take the vertical load, but I guess the threaded rod will increase vibration.

Well, my floor is not level so with them being adjustable I can level the mill.
I also don't want to mess around with toe jacks when I want get the machine high enough to get a pallet truck underneath it.
Wooden blocks can work too, I just prefer feet.

I am pretty happy with the result. The mill feels solid on the feet with very minimal movement if I try to push it side to side.
It is a MAJOR improvement over the pallet, on the pallet it had quite a bit of movement if the machine was pushed side to side.
Currently, the machine is still high enough so I can get underneath it from the sides but not quite high enough to get underneath from the front/back.
I will monitor the movement during use, but I believe it will be perfectly fine.
