^ I know, it's horrid stuff. Generally only do it outdoors with a reasonable breeze and mask. If it must be inside, doors open with the 4" hoover going next to the weld. Thanks for checking
Any of you familiar with INE 6013 rods? They seem to be common around here and quite well priced. They are a nice rod to use but tend to burn back inside the flux. On the inverter it took quite a tap to get a used rod welding again, something not as noticeable with the oil cooled welder.
alright, so i've tried a few different types of welding rods from a few different companies and was wondering what everyone else liked
ive used super 6 which i found to be pretty naff, bohler which i loved.. proper smooth arc & some hilco reds which were alright
