Hooligan!!
A good effort I'd say, great workDoes anyone know where I can locally (Swansea) pay someone to put my manifolds on a surface grinder for some beer tokens?
I bought a surface sander but it’s barely making a dent in the stainless and it would be much easier to have a machine do it properly.
failing that - someone with a milling machine to face off both flanges?
in other news ive been playing with the ac on the tig.

Not a bad effort I feel
I just love a burnout... I would say I’m sorry but pinging it off the red line makes me feel like I’m 12
Anyone local with a machine shop will tackle it if there interested, LAB in Aztec business centre, maybe Brandon in Swansea engines or even huxtables out at birchgrove , I've heard they like a challenge
Looks right at home in there.

Do you mean the square flange where the four headers collect to?
Still think it's mental!
can't wait to see it running!
fair play you talented nutter!
i mean both that and the flange that bolts to the engine.
the collector one is easier for me to sort in the linisher but the engine side is too big
The collector flange for my GT30R was bowed like a banana after welding the four pipes to it. I put it in a vice and filed it flat in about 20 minutes.
My wife's from next to swansea, she loves your accent, when I'm indulging, 'tidy'.
yeah I could linish the small One like I said even though I’m worried about the surface finish a little. It’s also stainless so not likely to be that easy lol
