Then comes the hard bit, getting the customer to suggest your idea.
My exboss taught me this skill, sow the seed and let them come up with it.
he never cottoned that he was doing my bidding.

I think I managed to do it Chunko' I got a pic of a horse at Chelsea with a bush under it and showed them, they seemed keen on the idea!
