Just ordered a puller set off Ebay - bound to come in useful anyway. Not bad for £22.

Also found the sensor on Ebay for £149 - flipping expensive for what it is but far cheaper than other places.
Annoys me though in the USA someone is selling it for $109 with free shipping to the UK . Can't wait that long though!

It isn't lol - going to cut it off as it is knackered anyway. But I do often have bearings I need to pull.

A UK Co is saying 1.5 hours in a R 44 aprox £1200 with pilot & landing fees Pilot cost £ 5\80 PH

He has a licence to fly so doesn’t need a pilot. he used to be in like a syndicate or something and they shared a helicopter between a few of them. He live abroad 10 months of the year now so only occasionally does he rent one now.

Two of us owned the 500 to steep for one, just repair them now + a couple of other jobs so I don't fee retired

I bought an old Hyster, I have been able to get bits directly from Hyster and some of them weren't massively expensive given it's almost 50 years old. I ordered a few bits and the shipping was £19 which I though was a bit steep. Don't feel so bad now as I've three deliveries so far, one from UK, one from Belgium and one from Holland. Still waiting for some bits from the USA.
