You can see the remains of the support base still on the bed! That all worked fine and the support structure had detached itself as it cooled.That looks like a really big bridge, Id have a support under it.
Have you checked belt tension?I am still having poor ABS quality despite all the upgrades.

Nice work. This is one area I think 3D printing is particularly suited. One off pattern making.I have to make a pattern to have a bit cast for my milling machine. Includes some stiffening ribs in a well on the underside

So I took some measurements and fired up Fusion. Half an hour later and I'm printing the shape of the the ribs.

When I get around to making the pattern all I have to do is cut the ends to suit the hole I make and glue them into place.
