Better the dissipate into te wide world than your small lungs!
That's a good idea, I'll see if I have a fan anywhere. You could always point the fan at a large sheet of cardboard to catch most of the larger particles. In my old workshop I had the extractor fan fixed into a piece of ply that fitted into the open window frame.
It's the garage not the houseanyone else spot the painting in a room in the house?
would we get away with it?
Far to complicated lolA commercial spray booth would use a wet wall to stop nasties escaping. If you had an extractor blowing outside, and arranged a spray / sprinkler for the outside air to pass though you'd be sorted.
That's a brilliant idea! I'll see if I can buy some. Hopefully they fit.
Can't reallt have an extractor as It'd be bad to let the fumes into the environment.
I keep it in the garage and the mask filters it allHi, they are going into the environment anyway, or are you going to keep them locked up in the garage? It's better outside than in your lungs.
This mask doesn't seen to let anything through I'm just careful, it's just painting everytjing in my dads garage black he loves it lol NOT!!!
Far to youngTo young to be much of a Stones fan then?
True but I really don't want a brush finish, I want it to look really good I'll just try get a fanTry and roller or brush as much as you can Kim I only ever sprayed the coachwork........outside.
It's going through skin, eyes the lot. There must be some mist in there if filters are blocking..........yuch! Horrible thing spraying, less you are set up like Langy and others........even then, it's not harmless.
just put you a filter like you use for your heating and air in the house on one side of the fan your planning on using
