Lidl Parkside DIY back Sunday UK

Got an old 18V B&Q Performance Power hedge trimmer here. £24.99 years ago. Nicad I think. (The same price as the bare Ferrex Li-ion one I've just bought on a whim).

Tbf it's been outstanding. The last of the tools I need to make a Makita adapter for but its fighting me all the way as the "female" bit of the casing where the battery goes in is so irregular.

I meant Hair Trimmer mate. Lol

My SDS drill was just outside 1 year but within 3 years. First I had to go through Lidl who needed a chase to get things moving but then Kompernass get in touch, send you a pre paid label and you take to a local pick up point.

From Kompernass first contacting me to my sending the tool back was a couple of months due to a bereavement but they were as good as gold.

Update: The second Lidl Parkside SDS drill died. Let's see if they replace the replacement! This time the rotary action seems to have stopped.

Update: Kompernass, give them their due have come back with returns instructions for me to send back the replacement Lidl SDS that's died. Tbh this being the second one that's died I'd rather have my money back.
