Check the pto size, the origional ones dont fit modern attachments, not sure of dates/ models etc.
old tractors are popular restoration projects, as they are cheapish to buy and parts cheapish too.
As long as its working will keep pace with the market.
I didn't know they did one so will have to have a look for one, I have bought a copy of the original workshop manual but it's not exactly light readingThe Hayes Manulae is very informative.
Worth the investment.
Or a differant Diff.I think it's been replaced with a modern longer PTO shaft as the original cover is to short to screw on, I may be contacting @doubleboost to see if he can make a longer replacement.

No plans to use the PTO as all the attachments I use have a standard 50mm ball coupling. If you're going to be using the PTO, then I'd suggest upgrading it to the modern 6 spline shaft, as the small shafts were prone to snapping.
Agriline sell the kit - https://agrilineproducts.com/ferguson-pto-shaft-5810
They can also supply a larger cover. It's actually a Fordson cover.
If you want to use TVO, Ryeoils can supply premix, but you need a license - https://www.ryeoil.co.uk/shop/tvo-update/
That would be the Continental Z-120 used for the first couple of years until the Standard motor Company engine replaced themI had a very early one with the American petrol engine , great little thing, the wheel Jack that operated via the 3 point linkage was so simple but so effective.
