Mate runs a fair sized team of computer geeks at work and says they have major problems getting any of the 20 somethings to do a full weeks work without calling in sick, many with "stress" related excuses etc.
They are just like a comedy sketch, all lovey dovey and afraid to have eye contact or even (say it quietly) an argument.
Pre Covid, I worked in a reasonably large office building. Three floors, two wings on each. My wing was roughly 60% female to 40% male, and pretty normal/modern goings on. Across the central staircase was the IT floor. Total sausage fest. All IT bods. I spent a few hours there once or twice. It was all extremely blokeish conversations that I couldn't possibly get away with on my side of the building. No quarter requested or given either. Was like going back 30 years but in a good a way. They weren't wall flowers.

I'll only post one pic' as the link posted by @optima21 pretty much covers it all.
plus a bit of info'/thoughts
The company originally made purely presswork items, they made the original rawlbolt (copied by others), they made 'cast in sockets' for traffic signs etc (pic in the above link), Adrian showed us a specially made 52mm grub screw that was made for a customer in the USA whereas a 50mm would have been fine, there were little in the way of drawings or instructions how to assemble the engines it was all 'handed down', one person doing the hand assembly worked there for 25 years, some poor management as there were 3 part numbers for the same item - same item used in 3 models but a different no, we saw several traction engines that were complete except for 1 item which wasn't going to be made hence they couldn't be sold, retailers would want 40% off list price resulting in no profit, sold to Australia, USA, Turkey plus a couple of other countries I cant remember, Adrian and his wife were visibly upset about the closure. I didn't tell him mine's a Wilesco!
