Just in the process of a 500 BHP ATW engine build. It's one of my ambitions to make my own exhaust manifold , have the TIG gear but not the skill ATM !!
Guess I'll just have to practice on some bits until I hone myself to a level where I can produce something reasonable.
Or I could just buy a manifold from you

I've got a Vi as well, what turbo/kit you going to run? I ran about 550 ATW on my last build with a GT40, did a GT35 before than and no just finishing a twin turbo.
Ye saw that, i went there on thurs Just got a turbo that size to go on an
RX7....
I looked at that, more show than go TBH i think. Cool though
I was toying with the idea of a twin compound turbo set up too !
Did wonder about that setup at Autosport , it looks like a drag car install , primary's that long have gotta be laggy on a road car !

I spoke to the guy on the stand about that motor. Believe it not, it's full of concrete, to stop it from exploding, only runs for 6-8secs at a time
Something like 1800BHP, from a 1.8/2.0ltr motor
Thought so , a total drag race motor only then. Looks good though !! It's probably been stroked from 2 ltr to 2.3 or 2.4 ltr.

hi, nice work with the manifolds, what basis did you design your inlet from, how did you know how much volume and how much to taper it off etc? how much would it cost for you to part with some of them stacks? to save me having to mess around and turn some?

Yes, all 60+ of them, they weren't cheap!
