Are you batch machining them, or finishing one at a time? You know the fastest way, but it is mind numbing, and no cash until the end...

I love the smell of cast iron being machined, takes me back to my apprenticeship days.

Last one machined, that was seven long days to machine nine frames
En24 arrived today , I was very lucky to find it . I’m now starting the top wheels. The original miniature edwards was 4” x 3/4 I’m going 1” by whatever clean up on 110 hot rolled is
To those who thought I was a bit damning of the eBay steel seller the 500mm long by 110 diameter was £70 plus vat from Aceenta
