I will use a blind bearing pullerCan you not make some "flatted round" ended legs for a puller to get in between the inner and outer of the bearing and just pull it out, maybe with some heat?
I forgotten about the amount of hours. I do however have a day off now and then. Normally on a day off I am working on another project. Currently doing the motor plate for my empire lathe.I know its not the point, but are you totting up the clearly enjoyable man hours on this?

70mm outside D. 32mm inside D. That's as close as I can get so probably imperial. My plan is to upgrade to a sealed type. I know some bearings are designed to have oil pass through them but have studied the layout and csnt see it causing any issuesWhat are the dimensions of the bearing? It's difficult to get a scale from the photo.
