These things always take way longer than you imagine. I had a workshop build early last year (that is built for me for the most part so my laziness only accounts for a very small amount of total work). I look around it now and realise i am so bad at finishing things. I started painting the inside to make it brighter, so i got to a point where it was nice and light but there were bits and pieces around awkward stuff etc that i didn't get round to, still unfinished. I started on painting the outside, then never finished it. I made workbenches etc, again painting not finished... hmmm, maybe its just painting i don't actually like doing.
The problem is once it got to the point of being 'Usable' the pressure was totally off to make things look, well not pretty but finished.

Got the last of the wiring all done this evening. 6 double sockets, 1 x 32a commando socket for the welder/plasma and 2 5ft Led strip lights. Can get my shelving built by the weekend hopefully (wood ones as cheaper and easier to build quickly).
Hopefully before I head to Canada at the end of the month I'll have the Boxford over from the farm workshop and get the base cabinet and suds tray painted. Possibly get the Bronx press brake over aswell if I have space for it.
I'll post pics once its in a reasonably tidy, nearly finished state as at the moment its just like any other household storage facility - full of crap!
