I understood at the time that the great Mick Andrews ( hence MA Replica) was very involved in its development and that as a result there was a strong scrambles influence in its characteristics . Mick being not only a brilliant trials rider but also a top scrambler and ISDT rider. I also competed in enduros on mine with marginal success .

We can't give away the airliner passenger seats so most go to landfill. E-Cube at St Athan must have thousands laying around. They (and we) also sell fuselage tops for use as sheds etc. Biggest problem is moving them since a 737 is 12 foot 4 wide.

Such a frustrating aspect with the recycling malarkey! You find a home/repurpose for an item,then some official says NO? If you did come across a fuselage my transport width would be max 8’ and 2T.

Not sure about MOSI but will no doubt be up there finishing off the 3 x A300s from Tommy Cook in Jan. The wings are already off to make room for them to be stored closer together but we need to 'harvest' stuff from the fuselages before the Muncher comes in.

One I should not have sold

Can't believe I missed a Sportshatch, I don't get into this bit very often.

I had one of those back in the eighties, sold it when it was clear I'd never get round to restoring it (I had another roadworthy one at the time), then bought it back when my other had been exported to Australia, and spent nine years restoring it.

Now I might possibly be doing another, which is taking me temporarily away from my Audi coupe.

Why, do you know of a Sportshatch? I don't really want more of them, but then I didn't want the one I'm restoring now, it just sort of sold itself to me. I'm not sure where I'd put it.

My Audi coupe is only here because it was my daily driver for 15 years and 200,000 miles and I couldn't bring myself to part with it when I bought the replacement. I don't collect them, but it turns out they've got a bit of value if they're restorable. I had mine on minimum value on the insurance policy, and it seems that I'd undervalued it even for a non-runner.
