Just found an amazing use for my powerfile.
Sharpening tungstens for my TIG
Bit tricky holding a battery drill in one hand and the powerfile in the other. Will hold it in the vice next time.
Far better than using a bench grinder. No dust and barely leaves a mark on the belts. Chews through the bench grinding wheels in record time!

I dont find it good for that at all. Ive got a belt sander (as in table top thing) that i use, but the finger sander is all over the place.

Good when its closer than anything else though!

It would be ok clamped to a table or something.

Angle grinders are scary though!
