You got a link to one of those. "Puffer" brought loads of things up but nothing like that.You want a proper puffer to clean out holes for resin studs. They agitate/move debris in both directions as in a blow / suck action. Makes for a cleaner hole.
As a test try a Hoover (sucks) or compressor (blows). It'll appear clean. THEN use a proper puffer. More dust will come out.
