Saw this on the coast by Frinton when I went for a walk in 2020 (first time we were allowed out after lockdown).

I have no idea what it is but it looked interesting. No idea why the porcelain statue was there either!

I was going to say **** come down from Walton but their sewage works is to the north.

I can't imagine Frintonites *****ing. Probably have it taken away under cover of darkness.

When I was a kid, we would go to catch frogs near where the car race in the movie "Grease" took place in the LA River bed. Your photos look just like storm drain cover's which were on some of the concrete banks. Here are a couple of screen shots.
