Went and had a look and there are slots in the bottom panel and can see it, but can't get to measuring the pipe 
but it definitely looks like 6mm rather than 8 if that's any use to you?

Agreed, just done the same. Couldn't caliper it, but compared to some 8mm pushfit in my hand, agree wholeheartedly with ChrisWent and had a look and there are slots in the bottom panel and can see it, but can't get to measuring the pipe

Best way, as you need access to the shell of the machine in some fashion to sort it. It can be a “fun” job sometimes - DAMHIK

I was in touch with Patrick from weldes.de this morning.
The .co.uk site throws the 403 error when you try and checkout - something about the website... You have to go through the .de website to make the purchase. Yes, it is in euro but when I checked my card provider's fees, it actually worked out a couple of quid cheaper.

My interest is now piqued. Wonder if there’s geo sniffing on the redirect and that’s causing it. It’s a fun problem when it’s not yours to solve
I’ve had mixed suction on the.de. Sometimes I can add to basket and checkout and sometimes I can’t.
Got to the first page of checking out and there is no uk location available when address is being filled in, (although my German is non existent).

I bought a pedal from the weldes.demsite the other day. It didn’t work initially when I went to the U.K. site, and it didn’t work when I went to the .de site by clicking on the German flag. But when I entered the .de site address in the browser and went directly to the German site it worked. Well, sort of, as I don’t speak German so just guessed my way through the purchase! Got a couple of confirmation emails which I checked with google translate, so now I’m just waiting for a plop on the mat.My interest is now piqued.
