I see socket head Allen screws are used to snug up the adjustable jaws in your vice. From the photos shown on ebay, I think set screws are used in the one I'm getting. I'll post photos when it arrives. Have you actually used the vice for any machining operations ?
LovelyHere you go, the Sevo paperweight arrived today. The quality is comparable to the larger Sevo vice I have.
What I thought was surface oxidation is mostly dried grease, which wiped off easily with a scotch-bright pad. I'll disassemble the vice later and give it a proper sprucing up. The finger joints on the box need to be re glued also, which is no big deal. The set screws appear to be imperial 1/4" 20 TPI, but a metric 3mm Allen wrench seems to be the better fit for loosening and tightening the jaws.

feast your eyes on this beauty!!
funny thing was the main body which bolts together was bolted around the wrong way, see last photo, it had been like that for donkeys, the bolts barely came apart so had been that way for a very long time which might be responsible for it being in such great condition for it age Circa 1880 to 1915. one of the bolts is not original however i do have a perfect old replacement
no markings at all, it has the same mechanism as my E&K wood worker, someone on youtube has a similar model and has been advised it may of been made by Parkinson at the shipley works but who knows
5 inch jaws its really heavy and well machined inside. On the outside is whats left of the original thick black Japaning
