So Old, traditionally the side handle should be round with cotton cord.
So it could have a cord....

Got a few in my storage unit, but this is the one I currently needed. A Milwaukee 1/2" with right angle attachment that was one of my Dad's which he bought new in the early 1960's; still going strong and like the others will probably out last me.
I find that like my other tools from overseas, it works fine on 110v 50htz.

I’ll give you that, that one really is a beast! I think that was the largest Wolf model, presumably it uses a morse taper?

It let out a magic smoke, kept it as I thought I would look at it one day. Gave the old drill to my FiL and as fa4 as I’m aware he still has.

Indeed, it’s MT3 figment. When I first acquired it I had a boxford lathe with a MT2 tailstock.

I have the same drill.
Again from my departed Dad.
It also let the magic smoke out.

10 years after it did, I powered it up.
It works, al be it slower than it did, great for tapping holes to clean them out.

I hope all you folks who still use them are using a plug in rcd or have one fitted in the supply im bloody sure I wouldn't use them without unless you have a death wish. the apprentice that had my job before me got electrocuted with one not nice but I got his job

My go to corded drill, this blue Bosch, bought second hand for a tenner, a good ten years ago.

Still going strong.

This one came with the house, circular saw attachment, and hedge trimmer.
Three drills, Chuck key and other bits preciously wrapped up. Bit stiff, not tried it... Yet.

Identical to one my father had when I was a child.

I’ve got one of Barking’s blue Bosch ones, picked it up off a rubbish heap on a building site 30 years ago. The plug was cut off, so fitted a plug & off it went. Don’t use it often, but it still works.

This was my Dad's, I can remember him using it when I was young. I'm 66 now.
I don't use it, just keep it in my tool chest as a memento.
