Looks like it has an adjustable jacking point on the back end where you push from the overhead Steelwork above the new position you want a hole.They are all girly drills, hears my offering:

this was given to me recently, very large chuck, 20mm, I have the left side handle somewhere, two speed gearbox plus two speed switch (broken), if anyone has a switch let me know,

No,they were a set of straight handlebars off my Honda 550.+ an angle grinder handle for comfort.Nice, I like it. I see you’ve sensibly added an extended handle, was the kink in it intentional or did the drill do it?
The B&D in my original post has been hard at it all weekend mixing large quantities of self levelling compound, it’s been puttting some shifts in of late!
