Too cold.
You said they were 3mm.
I said up it to 90 for the tack and 75-80 for the run.
Go over it again without filler and blend it all in. Use a dab of the filler if you need to. Keep the current up and travel quick so you don't distort it any more.
If it goes badly it's not my fault. I'm just passing advice based on the pic. It looks like it's not gonna be water tight.

The large filler neck was 3mm these are 2mm.

Well you've got a lot of filler in there. You ain't burning through it now and you need to go quite quick to avoid further distortion. I'd go at 70 and see how that is. If your hanging about too much up the current some more. As Paul said do a bit and cool it with air if you can.

It was easier as i already had the filler down and just had to concentrate on the torch, I forgot to switch the cooler on luckily it was only 4 small runs .

70 amps. No it did not distort more, hardly got warm compared to the first run. There is a large dip on one side but this was caused from the welding of the filler neck. The aluminium bolted underneath really helps to get the heat out.

Fingers crossed i can get the last weld done. All i want is a usable tank, hopefully one day i can make a better one.

Weldtec speedway is my favourite choice.

What size would be best? this torch is rated to 300 amps so maybe i should get a small one 150amps?

The speedway sw320 is rated to 320 amps.
Ck20 is rated to 250amps.
Most wp20 torches are small compact and will cope with more than your welder could ever throw at them.
This is mine and I wouldn't chose anything else.

Yes. A wp24w

Wp24w. Rated to 180 amps.
A wp20 is my preferred all rounder but a wp24 is good for those tight spots with access.

Ummmmmmm well it's your choice but I wouldn't for an all round use torch. For me it's a certain application torch but you go with what you think you prefer. Your torch is a wp18. Don't worry about the current capacity. A wp20 is a lot smaller than an 18.
