Dod of clear silicone on the back, hold it in place with a bit of tape until the silicone sets

Its actually really good stuff, used it loads in the house, and recently made a pig arc out of recycled plastic sheets, and used it.

Never tried it on metal though.

Gorilla glue. Get it in the right place first time though as you've only got a 5 second window before it starts to set.

Thanks guys change of plan i'm going to remove the perspex sheet and slap it on the back where all the other electrical bits are.

If i do need a bit of protection from the water maybe i could put a sheet of metal between the pump and tank?

Had enough now wired everything up and none of the sensors are working maybe i cooked them also. feel bad for spending time working on this when i have so many other jobs to do .

Odd you should mention that, I found it yesterday. It wasnt lost just put in a drawer with all the other bits while I had an outboard in pieces on my bench.

Slap it in a box and give it an infinite drink and it will return you with much less fatigue and much more duty out of your tig welding.

Did a bit of work on the cooler this evening. Going to need a hefty trolly to slap these on.

The only thing I'd do as a change would be either change those copper pipes for hose or put some sort of cover over them. They look a bit vulnerable there but very smart.

I need to add another hole for the fan that blows onto the back of the motor. The biggest hole saw i have is 89mm so will have to do. Using the tools from the cromwell price mess up always puts a smile on my face that hole saw was 10p.

Lets see how they hold up can always switch it out for hose if its going to be a problem.

The trolley should be nice and wide as i want to get both gas bottles on there.

Do you guys put any rubber under the motor? The other worry about the pipes is the vibration we will see.

And i would like to get some big rubber feet like on the ewm.

I bought small flexible mounts for mine although the one I am using at the moment is from the cooler I bought from Richard and it is noisy as I mounted it direct onto the alu base plate. One day I will get round to fitting rubber mounts to it as well
