What have you sealed the door with behind the window beadings, keeping water out of the core will be difficult once its painted with expansion due to sun etc.

Zinzer primer, Dulux undercoat, then a bead of CT1. As for longevity, only needs to last 25 years or so......then it will be someone else's problem.

Must admit I'm starting to think like that, maybe not 25 yrs in my case!

Lots of mitering, filling, sanding, primer and undercoating going on with not much to show for it. Letterbox due tomorrow.
