It's due from Amazon on Saturday. Door is now wrapped up in car masking film as rain is due here for 24 hours. You really should have some kind of threshold sealing set up to prevent driven rain getting under the door
The cat has routed the router.
Looking good so far!Glass in temporarily and beading fitted on the rear. Hope the letterbox turns up soon.

What have you sealed the door with behind the window beadings, keeping water out of the core will be difficult once its painted with expansion due to sun etc.Glass in temporarily and beading fitted on the rear. Hope the letterbox turns up soon.

Zinzer primer, Dulux undercoat, then a bead of CT1. As for longevity, only needs to last 25 years or so......then it will be someone else's problem. What have you sealed the door with behind the window beadings, keeping water out of the core will be difficult once its painted with expansion due to sun etc.
Must admit I'm starting to think like that, maybe not 25 yrs in my case!only needs to last 25 years or so......then it will be someone else's problem.
Just sitting in the opening, not fixed in yet.Nice touch having a wonky letterbox to match the wonky frame.
