Have you tempered it?
Hopefully we did it last night! We heated it up,quenched it then let it cool, then heated it up till it went straw colour. It got to air cool after that. Hopefully we did it right, if not I’ll put it down to experience and start again!

^^ Not sure that's the one I referred to, they showed the father, son & grandson and told their stories too.
There was, probably BBC2 or 4, I can't recall which but an iPlayer should find it . In Japanese with subtitles. A good [and instructional] watch!
