Another one done. This was a junkyard used TS410 that had seized the main bearings. The PO tried taking it apart and stripped out most of the bolts.
Full strip down and rebuild including welding of the typical magnesium bracket failure on these.
New main bearings
New crankshaft oil seals
Full teardown and gasket reseal kit
Carb clean
New Piston Rings
New Air Filters (x2)
New clutch bearing
Original Stihl Cylinder and piston
Unless something really cheap and really close comes up again this will be my last one for quite some time. Need to get on with other projects like my front garage. This means the last of my TS410 parts boxes are now empty and out of my way which is what I was looking for.
