Today I fixed the Raglan 5" so it would screw cut 4 to 32tpi instead of 32 to 60tpi
With thanks to my forum friend for the 40T gear, I made a mandrel so I could split the 20/26T gear set on the S&B.
I then parted the gears, drilled the 26T to accept a couple of drive pins and fitted it all back on the lathe.
Result is the gearbox now selects the correct tpi (and I can even do some metric).
