Was that price for an OE unit?Fixed SWMBO`s horsebox headlamp in exchange for not being turned to stone and being allowed to sleep with both eyes shut for at least one night.
Goons with tractors smashed it pulling stuck horseboxes out of a showground, £250 worth of headlamp later

The OE used to do a replacement glass, I guess that has stopped now?

Had mine blow off once or twice, new good jubilee clip sorted it. I could get at both clips from underneath, was yours in a daft place?Replaced intercooler hose on my Freelander 2 after limp mode reared its head on the motorway on Saturday. Had to take entire front end off to get at it though.

Yes, hose clip onto bottom of intercooler was fitted in such a way it was impossible to get onto it from below hence bumper removal. Not difficult just a bit more hassle for something which should have been easy. Top hose blew off when I took it for a test drive, obviously hadn't tightened it enough. All sorted now ✌Had mine blow off once or twice, new good jubilee clip sorted it. I could get at both clips from underneath, was yours in a daft place?
Been meaning to sort out this for a while, its a micrometer stop for a Harrison M300
No before pics soz, it was grimey and gunged up with old grease/oil plus some surface rust, dunked it in the ultrasonic cleaner followed by a quick rub over with scotchbrite and WD-40 and its come up lovely

While I was at it, I did the same to this one

Yeah, I know, having 2 is a bit greedy so maybe time to let 1 go
Whoops. I missed a chisel lurking.Long overdue a sharpen.
Il check the plane irons next weekend.
Short chisel was a casualty of war. Teach me for popping skirting boards off with it

This, well slightly more actually, is what came out of it:
