Doped some repairs onto a DH89a Dragon Rapide today. Aluminium powder in the dope, so I guess it still counts as metalwork. Not my finest work but 2 weeks had to be cut to 4 days.

A lot of them do this was an ex BBC vehicle that I bought from a technician who got it on retirement it lay in his backyard for 15 years as it needed a seal replaced when he got it, not long after retirement he had a bleed on the brain so never got round to fixing it, underneath this van is solid I had the engine refurbished when I got it I resprayed it myself in someone's back garden except the roof, there's parts of the paintwork has flys in it, I've been able to fit 8x4 sheets in it I've had 2 kayaks 3 dogs 2 adults and a load of shopping in it in one go, it has been great for me,Yet.

Had a full restoration done, 8 years ago. By a VW expert.
