Surprised you haven’t got a ring roller tucked away somewhere
Today I made a gurt frame for a sign that clamps to a 400mm diameter steel pipe.
Nice work what are they?Being picked up in an hour got to de burr some holes and hoover out filings, first time making one using 3mm and folding front section instead of using box, don't know why I didn't do it this way before

Hate those pins and washer spring loaded clips can be a pain to fit especially if access is poor. I dunno why more manufacturers don't just fit the handbrake cables to the calipers like the volkswagons do so much hander and it can't be a cost thing as having shoe drums and discs surly more expensive than just pad and disc. I feel your pain though anyone who has replaced handbrake shoe on a Toyota landcuiser knows the struggle is real no access and fiddly stings to align thank god the last nearly 250kToday.... I made myself extremely annoyed.
Went to replace the rear discs & pads on the OH's Kia Rio - and had a right 'mare.
It's got brake shoes that use the inside of the disc as the drum (handbrake shoes) - and on one side the retaining pin (that has those nightmare spring half-turn retainer thingies) had corroded and sheared - so the shoes twisted and jammed the disc so I couldn't get it off.
Much swearing and struggling later - I got it off - but the lining on the shoes is damaged.... and no shoes and retainers in stock locally either.
The retainers are horrible to refit on the front face especially, cos the Diddy shoes are obstructed by the wheel bearings & wheel stud assembly.
AARGH! I could have cheerfully torched the damned thing

what's the sign for?
Dont let Greta see it!! might need some diagonals on the back to stop it folding up though?
I'd put some slats across the middle too, so you could alternate which side you were using and have one side drying and one side ready. Just a thought!

It's also screwed to the fence posts so fairly stable.Dont let Greta see it!! might need some diagonals on the back to stop it folding up though?
