I hope you appreciate posting pictures like this is making me feel inadequate.

Consumables, if anything, are lasting a bit longer but it has been a while so... It is certainly no worse, I can say that with confidence. Regarding the torch, so far it has been fine and that must be a couple of years.All top dross, not much at all on the bottom
I really don’t know about water tabling mine…..
I’ve got a down draft at the moment but it has actually increased heat back to the work piece. Which is a real pain in the hoop when it comes to stainless, which I do a lot of.
Wondering if water is the way to go. What about consumables, water getting flung about, treatment etc etc? Trying to weigh it all up.

Meant to say there is no bottom dross on the steel and the top just falls off if you wipe your finger over it as it just a fine spray like dross.All top dross, not much at all on the bottom

I am using the Rocol V-Cut SS cutting fluid in mine diluted about 100:1 if I recall
