Finished this off today. This's what's taken the spot where I had the chest freezer. Approx. 56" wide, 21" deep & 36' high, so not an overly large one.

Having made the adaptors for the Cnc lathe drawbar and now having tried both the chuck and the collet chuck, it came apparent that the disc that triggers the two proximity switches wasn’t in an optimal position. These switches sense if the chuck is open, closed or closed with no bar. The one Switch was right at the end of its travel,and triggering occasionally when it shouldn’t. Didn’t have any suitable offcuts of round bar, so out with a @pete lift weight offcut New triggering ring that puts the ring 10mm further back knocked out in a couple of hours. Fitted to the lathe, works a charm and loads of adjustment. Problem solved

Made a new brake pedal, after some advice from here on machining the bronze and made some new mudguard brackets.
Finally rigged up some pulleys in the roof space to store some bodywork from another car, needed to make some space.

Yup, you get that by slowing the feed rate down. Look at the drag lines.

That's just the kind of cut's I get, you take the plasma chart and divide in half.

I'm not in a speed race, I want a part that is accurate so I don't need to do any grinding to fit and such.

Not sure what is normal as the Jasic doesn't really have much in the way of cut charts but the 10mm was cut at 900mm/min and the 6mm was at 2000mm/min.

that looks excellent ,love the perfect spacing of screws ,are you going to do a "back splash" ?

I assembled the pipes on welding tacks, then there will be a complete welding of the seams. Boiler heating system, thermal oil.

All this web of pipes will then go to the ceiling + expansion joints, silicone thermal insulation, casings over vertical pipes (protection of personnel from burns). Rotating hydraulic connections. Build in duplicate.

Made the Landy a sosig roll/brew/radio tray for static mobile/car picnic use (my knobs poking through because I used some offcuts I had ), and repointed the back step (waits to be told Ive done it wrong )

Very difficult thing to store, your method is probably the best as it sticks out the least.
