I like that machine... back to selling my body ............ again . How much will I need for a machine like yours ?Made some pretty pictures… successful motor and controller test of my Lowrider CNC build. Went and picked up a lump of MDF that’ll be the baseboard when I get to work on it next. Should be capable of everything my current one can do but now the working area is 1m x 2.4m

Nice job, ever considered an orbital welder?Supply line with shut-off valves and thermal oil return line.
I had to tighten all the union nuts before welding, collecting the parts on the tacks. (Teflon rings have not yet been used). The pipe is strongly deformed if cooked on a workbench. Cooked in all positions of my body, squeezing into the cracks or hanging over the lower railing.
Welding modes: 75A, 30 Hz., blowing pipes from the inside with argon, welding "with your own body". Pipe 1.6 mm thick.
Threaded fittings are noticeably thicker, but butt welding is no problem. I left a couple of ring seams for Monday. The body hurts everywhere, a hot bath with clove oil relieves pain ... I would like to have a compact welding half mask with a chameleon.
My 3M XXL is too bulky for this kind of work, falls on its side when working lying on its side.
Shortened electrodes and a small 2" long cover cap made it possible to get into difficult places. On the next set of boilers, I will shorten the tungsten even further using a cap in the form of a button.
After assembling the whole system, I will weld a separate valve and pressurize with compressed air to 5 bar + control pressure gauge with exposure for a couple of hours or more (control by pressure drop) + spray with bubbles to search for holes (I hope everything will be ok).

It's a one-time job and my job is self-employed. I will make 2 sets of triple boilers by hand. I read a guide on orbital welding, the technology is cool, but not this time. A band saw, a band grinder, a measuring tape, a laser level, a little tig welding and a ball of spaghetti straightens out.Nice job, ever considered an orbital welder?
Oh my Oh My! that has really grasped my brain cell/s & imagination . Had a look at the link of, " Who Done It " amazing stuff indeed .mines 250x250 and everything fitted, you’d need to check. It was designed originally to cut full sheets so yes it’ll do that no problem.
You need to be realistic about what it can do, and how fast, but it’s a lot of fun. (‘scuse the mess)
Theres some good images of what it’s capable of on their forum.

Woodwork is not my thing
