Be warned there was actually some welding content involved here! Upgraded an old trailer that my father made donkeys years ago to be bit more substantial. Completely made from scrap I had lying around the place.
Immediate use is to take an IBC of well water down for the neighbours animals as they're running low. The lack of the JCB (still haven't had time to fix the engine) means the trailer will live down there for a bit.

Not how I'd, have done it, it's a commission, my plasma cutter, there workshop. Very annoying.
Started off with a big angle grinder, thin disk, after 20 mins, got bored drove 5 minutes to work, grabbed my plasma cutter, 40 minutes later, all the cutting was done, took nearly as long to find a three phase compatible plug. I've done more, did some migginng for the first time in years, never having used there machine before, made a right mess, couldn't get it's sweet spot, didn't understand the different knobs. I've done more, I'll finish it tomorrow, forgot to take photos this evening, I was knackered.
How do I manage to take such bad photos ?

I made a lot of smoke today.
The first time that I've used CBN.
It worked very well. Even with a damaged cutting lip the finish was almost like a ground finish.
Two inserts later I've nearly finished the job. OK, £23 spent, but much preferable to the 6 or 7 carbide inserts that I got through yesterday doing half the length.

I have a Ulefone and I've turned of the shutter sound as it goes off as the camera is still focusing. It tends to make you think the photo has been taken and you move and end up with blurry photos. It takes a surprising amount of time for these rather crap cameras to autofocus so take your time.

The chap making sills for my cars has retired, so I thought I'd have a go at making one. This took me longer than I hoped it would, but hopefully if I need to make any more I'll be able to do them more quickly.
