Me and my loved Punto celebrate 4 years together...
So here's a present for both she and me.
I've always fancied about a Sparco or Momo steering wheel.
Unfortunately over here it's not allowed to replace the original steering wheel with a racing type one, if the car in origin has or had an airbag installed.
My car wheel has started to deteriorating deteriorating so I've got this "Alcantara" steering wheel cover
It's a very tight fit, I've had stretch the cover a lot just to get it on the steering wheel.
Then I've started the tedious process of sewing it in place.
While sewing I've had to stretch it by pulling the wire using a hook
Getting this results
Which I personally like a lot
The finished product after 6 good hours of work.
It was 11:30pm when I've finished it.
Unfortunately there was not a yellow variant and had to go with red...
I personally really like the feel of it
