Combined mill table and tool storage
Made a simple drawing to get a list of lengths to cut.
Tacking the frame together.
Added four double rollers rated to 100 kg each
Preparing to paint by roughing the surfaces with a 40 grit paper.
a rattle can and some wood makes magic

Back to it three weeks and every fits been a red fit. Someone cocked up.
Not happy. Was supposed to be broken in gently.
Would have finished today but lost a few hours as someone cocked up the doors.
Did you spot it?

That means no money until they get the part made and delivered to me and I go and fit it off my own back
It's also the reason I've terminated my services and working out a few months.
Not cricket penalising me for someone else's cock up

Would assume someone's put the wrong dims into whatever machines there using.
Each door down is 5mm shorter than the previous to allow for the margin
Someone missed this error.
Or more likely just packed it up regardless.
Knowing what I receive from fitted door manufacturers I would vote for the latter...
In the same category as dropping a door on its corner, throwing some soft wax in and hoping we don't notice,
Or overtrimming vinyl and throwing some soft wax in and hoping we don't notice,

Was waiting to see the hinges put on the wrong sides of the doors by the manufacturer so they bind on the ceiling, but at least they did not do that to you
