Experimenting in the garage for 5 mins, bit of scrap wire
Made up this today so I don't have to reach to the back of my welder to switch it on and off. It's held on by the cable tie so if it gets bumped or caught in anything it'll come off rather than break the switch.

Used FC to etch solid copper head gasket used inhibiting paint round stud, water ways & cylinder, worked well, reason 2 central cyl were tighter than an over bored A Series
That made me laugh out loud when i realised what I was looking atMy solution to a similar problem, the push buttons on the mill don't work, someone tried to convert it to single phase, I will sort it out properly when I get it down to my shed from it's current location in the attached garage,

View attachment 222163 Had to move some rubble around the garden but found a puncture in the wheelbarrow inner tube so hunted around for something to patch it up with. A bit of heatshrink has sorted it! Also had to line the inside of the tyre with foil tape as I could see through it most of the way round!

What’s better for jumping up steps - solid or pneumatic?looks like time to order a solid wheel / tyre from ebay….
