The missus wanted something in the cellar to store apples, we've got loads this year.
I had some carp wire baskets that I bought for the new kitchen but failed to meet the standard, plus some OSB offcuts, and some SS leg from an old kitchen cabinet.
The wife is happy, she's started losing it up, should take 2 layers per shelf, with cardboard in between. I think she wraps some in newspaper too.

those apples in baskets reminds me.....
....if you want smallish pieces of bubble wrap for small items for posting etc, you can get it from the apple boxes at supermarkets, I usually get about a square meter a week for free and pass it on to my sister and brother in law ad they have an online mail order business... so far I've not been stopped, and put everything esle on the counter and leave the bubble wrap in the trolley. the shops will just throw it away so at least it is being recycled.
