I normally use acrylic paint, this is an experiment with slightly watered down PVA glue.

Edit: Stuck the Fluke on the Tuit on and it’s resistance is 2k ohms. Not sure that’s good enough but that’s why we do these tests!

I've been trying to get an electroplate on some kydex -
best results so far is with yacht varnish, but just isn't conductive enough - I'm beginning to think it's the cheap graphite, though - too much filler, perhaps.

I'm waiting a delivery of some ascorbic acid so I can make some nano-particle copper instead.

Started something that might be considered a bit 'arty' so if such it'll be first foray into it!

Some 3mm rod left, over from an old second year project we once did, and next stage will be to shape and tack on a patchwork of scraps of 1mm sheet from projects kids never took home.

Once finished I'll give it to my school and tell the Rector that the heart signifies my love of the job, the school at which I teach and the pupils we educate...

Can't like that I'm afraid. Never wear gloves around rotating machinery, rather have cold fingers than no fingers.

We got the bolts set for our next shed a couple of weeks ago, hopefully steel going up soon.

major over engineering has/is being carried out due to the size of free matters. its 3mx5m.

the concrete isnt just sitting on the dirt there is holes there.

I made a low ceiling go away and insulated and boarded the ceiling above, might as well do it while the shop is closed during lock down.
