Just looked and I don't, I must have just done as I said above. I know I had a load of 100mm wide 10mm thick flat bar left over and just milled it out and welded to the 3"x 3" x 1/4" angle.

They are, its cheaper to use aluminium.
I was doing some stuff with abs today and thought Id try that for tool holders as its quick to do. Glued one up but I have 9 more cut, used half a sheet, about £2 worth.
Trimmed battery adaptors, they are now a good fit.

Finally got round to doing something with this nook.
Needs some trim to finish it off, but at least I can't just keep dumping stuff in there now.
It's a quirky corner. That white, plastered over piece at the front is a stone lintel running across the corner of the room. I'll be getting the plaster back off that sometime in the future, & removing the layer of breeze someone has blocked it off with underneath, (non-supporting).

Rather than get stuck into a similar yet far more complex project I thought I'd have a go at something I hope was a bit easier!
A £4 PDF from Etsy, designed for sheet EVA foam, printed out and cut using my FEMI bandsaw and used the MIG to tack and then weld it up. There's a film and TV themed dress down day at work (not that we teachers get to see much of each other as we're not allowed to mix, mingle or socialise - not even be in the same room as each other) but it should hopefully go down well with the kids. Hoping to use the headgear from a welding helmet.

Today I drew up a design, hopefully tomorrow I will get a chance to cut it out and weld it up but first I need to make sure the measurements are correct.
Also not sure which way to mount it so designed so it should be possible to have vertical or horizontal.
